Free discovery call (10mins)
A free 10-minute chat for new/potential clients to discover how naturopathic care might help them with their health concern(s). It is a chance to ask questions about the services provided and get to know your practitioner a bit more.
Investment – free
Quick care naturopathic consultation (30mins)
A short naturopathic consultation to give you an introduction to how naturopathic care works, focusing on one simple health concern. You will leave with some recommendations for dietary and lifestyle changes and any supplements, herbs or complementary therapies to support your health concern.
Investment – $65
Full naturopathic consultation (60-90 mins)
A comprehensive consultation that takes a deep dive into your health concern(s). This involves gathering a full medical history, a diet and lifestyle assessment and discussion of your current symptoms and concerns. Relevant naturopathic and clinical assessments will also be undertaken and a functional assessment of any recent blood test results if available. Following the consultation a detailed wellness plan is provided, including recommendations for diet, lifestyle, supplements, herbs and further testing that may be required to support your wellness journey.
Investment – $170 (adult), $85 (16 years and under)
Follow up consultation (30-45 mins)
A follow up consultation is usually arranged 3-4 weeks after a full naturopathic
consultation to give ongoing support and to see how things are progressing with your wellness plan, making any adjustments as necessary.
Investment – $85 (adult), $50 (16 years and under)
Consultations are carried out in clinic or via video call if preferable
Please note that any supplements, herbs, complementary therapies or functional
testing required are not covered in the consultation cost.
